You are solely responsible for any recordings you create and any consequences of sharing them. Ensure you have necessary rights if you recreate copyrighted music.
Piano 2026 offers a one-time premium purchase that removes advertisements and unlocks exclusive themes. Premium purchases are processed through Google Play or Apple App Store.
All premium purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of Google Play/App Store.
Premium purchases are tied to your Google Play/App Store account and can be restored on devices using the same account.
The free version of Piano 2026 displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to viewing ads. Premium users enjoy an ad-free experience.
All rights, title, and interest in Piano 2026, including:
are owned by Piano 2026 and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The piano and instrument sound samples included in the App are licensed for use within Piano 2026 only. Extracting or using these samples outside the App is strictly prohibited.
Your use of Piano 2026 is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use information.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.
Piano 2026 is intended for use worldwide. However, access may be restricted in certain jurisdictions due to legal requirements or App Store availability.
The App integrates with third-party services (Google AdMob, Firebase, Google Play Billing). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
